Who is this for?
This course is designed for complete beginners and anyone curious about the world of freediving. Whether you’re new to breath-hold diving, want to feel more confident in the water, or are preparing for AIDA 2, this is a gentle and accessible place to start.
No experience is necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
How to breathe properly for freediving and relaxation
The basics of breath-hold diving (apnea)
Equalisation techniques to protect your ears
How your body adapts to diving (the mammalian dive reflex)
Safety, buddying, and rescue principles
How to stay calm and present in the water
1.5 Day (CHF 380)
- Dry session (2–3 hrs): breathing, theory, relaxation & equalisation
Two open water sessions (2–3 hrs each): applying skills in the sea
Sessions are flexible and can be scheduled over 1.5 days or split across multiple days to suit your availability and energy levels. All sessions are taught in small groups or privately to ensure close support and safety.
Swimsuit & towel
Water & light snacks
A wetsuit (rental available if needed)
Mask, snorkel, and fins (bring your own if you have them—otherwise we’ll provide or advise you where to rent)
You’ll leave with a foundational understanding of freediving, greater comfort in the ocean, and the option to continue with AIDA 2 certification if desired. Many students also find increased calm, confidence, and body awareness—on land and in water.
